The CRM dashboard
The CRM dashboard gives you an at-a-glance overview of your partner and contact data — how many partners you have, how they break down by type and country, and where contact coverage is thin. This article explains each panel. Viewing the dashboard requires the crm:view permission.
Opening the dashboard
Open the CRM module and select Dashboard. The figures are computed live from your tenant's current data each time you open it.
Summary figures
The summary strip reports the headline counts:
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total partners | All partners, active and inactive |
| Active / inactive partners | Split of total partners by active status |
| Suppliers | Partners of type Supplier |
| Insurances | Partners of type Insurance |
| Total contacts | Count of active contacts across all partners |
| Total communications | All communication entries, combining partner-level and contact-level logs |
Partner type breakdown
A breakdown of partners grouped by type (Supplier and Insurance), ordered with the largest group first. This confirms the balance of your vendor base versus your insurers.
Contact coverage
Coverage highlights partners that may need attention:
- Partners with contacts and partners without contacts — how many partners have at least one active contact person.
- Partners with a primary contact and partners without a primary contact — how many have a designated main point of contact.
Tip: A high "without a primary contact" figure is a to-do list. Open those partners and mark a main contact so your team always knows who to call.
Geographic breakdown
Partners grouped by country, showing the top ten, largest first. Partners with no country recorded are grouped under Unspecified — a prompt to fill in missing addresses.
Communication coverage
A count of communication entries by type (Phone, Mobile, Fax, Email, Website, Other) across both partner and contact logs, largest first. It shows which channels you capture most and where data may be missing.
Top partners by contacts
The ten partners with the most active contacts, largest first. These tend to be your most involved relationships — large leasing providers or insurers with several handlers.
Recent partners
The ten most recently created partners, newest first, with type, city, country, active contact count, and creation date. Use it to confirm that partners added recently have been fully filled in.
Reading the figures correctly
Note: Contact-based figures (total contacts, contact coverage, top partners by contacts) count only active contacts, while partner totals include inactive partners split out separately. The dashboard also reports how long its query took to run, which is a diagnostic detail rather than a business metric.
