Generating a compliance report

Published:
Updated:

This article shows how to read the licence-verification compliance summary and generate an exportable compliance report for your fleet's driver's licence checks.

Who can generate reports

Viewing the compliance summary and creating exports requires the licenseVerification:report permission, held by the FleetManager and SystemAdmin roles. Reporting is part of the licensed Führerscheinkontrolle module, so the module must be enabled for your tenant.

Read the compliance summary

The report summary gives an at-a-glance view of verification coverage across your active drivers:

MetricMeaning
Total active driversActive drivers who have a licence profile.
Verified driversDrivers who have been verified at least once (they have a LastVerifiedAt).
Overdue driversDrivers whose NextVerificationDueDate has passed.
Coverage percentVerified drivers as a share of total active drivers, rounded to one decimal place.
Note: The related compliance dashboard (available with driverLicense:manage) adds licence-class expiry detail — a compliance score, counts of expiring and expired classes, the overdue-verification count, and the date of the last verification cycle.

Generate an export

  1. Open the compliance reports area of the Führerscheinkontrolle module.
  2. Choose the export formatPdf or Excel. Any other value is rejected.
  3. Set the report scope and, if you want to limit the range, a start and end date.
  4. Create the export.

The platform creates an export job and processes it. The job moves through the statuses QueuedProcessingCompleted, or Failed if an error occurs (in which case the job records error details). Generating an export is written to the module audit log with your user and email.

Track your exports

Every export you create is kept in the export history, newest first. Each entry records its status, format, scope, the email of the requester, when it was created, and when it completed. You can open a specific export job by its identifier to check its current status and, once completed, retrieve the generated document reference.

Tip: Use an Excel export when you need to sort or filter the underlying rows yourself, and a PDF export when you need a fixed record to file or share as evidence of compliance.

If an export fails

A failed job stores a short error detail. Review it, adjust the scope or date range if needed, and create a new export. The original failed job remains in the history for traceability.
