Viewing pool membership
This article shows you how to review who has access to a pool and which pools a driver can use in MobilityManager. These views help you audit access and troubleshoot booking problems.
Permission required
Viewing pool membership and driver assignments across the tenant requires the vehicle-management permission, held by the FleetManager role and above. Individual drivers can always see their own access through self-service.
See the drivers in a pool
Open a pool's driver list to see everyone who can access it. How the list is built depends on the pool type:
- For the shared car-sharing pool, the list contains every active driver, each marked as automatic. There is no assignment date because access is implicit.
- For a non-shared pool, the list contains only explicitly assigned drivers, each shown with the date they were assigned.
Note: The "automatic" indicator tells you whether a driver has access implicitly (shared pool) or through an explicit assignment. This is the quickest way to tell the two access models apart.
See the pools a driver can use
You can also look up access from the driver's side. A driver's accessible pools combine the shared pool (always included) with any pools they have been assigned to. Each entry shows:

| Common pool flag | Whether this pool is the tenant's designated common pool |
| Vehicle count | Number of active vehicles the driver could book from that pool |
A related view lists a driver's explicit assignments only, including when each was made and who made it, which is useful for audits.
Review all drivers at once
A tenant-wide view lists all active drivers together with their pool assignments, so you can scan access across the whole organisation in one place. The tenant's designated common pool is indicated alongside.
What drivers see themselves
Every driver has self-service views of their own access: the pools they can use and the specific vehicles available to them across all of those pools. Direct drivers here first when they are unsure what they are allowed to book.
