Understanding your dashboard
This article explains the dashboard — your home page in MobilityManager — and how it adapts to your role so you see the information that matters to you first.
Opening the dashboard
The dashboard is where you land after signing in, and you can return to it any time from the Home item in the sidebar. It opens with a hero banner that greets you by name and shows your current company/tenant and today's date, confirming which tenant you are working in.
What managers see
If you hold the FleetManager or SystemAdmin role, the dashboard surfaces fleet-wide insight:
- Alerts — a prioritized list of items needing attention, such as expired or expiring driving licences, active Strafmandate (penalty notices), inspections due, overdue Führerscheinkontrolle (licence check) verifications, open damage cases, and unassigned Belege (receipts/expense documents). Each alert links straight to the relevant page.
- KPI tiles — headline numbers including active vs. total vehicles, fleet utilization, driving-licence compliance, open damage cases, open mandates, and unassigned receipts.
Each alert and KPI is a shortcut: select it to jump to the module where you can act on it.
What drivers see
If you have the Driver role, the dashboard is tuned to self-service:
- My upcoming bookings — your next reservations with vehicle, plate, and time, plus a link to see them all.
- My licence — a compliance score for your own driving licence, with clear warnings if it is expiring or has expired.
Quick navigation cards
Below the summaries, a set of quick-navigation cards links to the main areas you can access — for example Fleet, CRM, Expenses, Damage management, Strafmandate, Licence compliance, and Bookings. Like the sidebar, these cards are filtered by your permissions and licensed modules, so you only see cards you can actually open.
Note: The dashboard reflects your permissions. If it looks sparse right after signing in, give it a moment to finish loading; if areas you expected are still absent, your role may not include them.
Reading the numbers
Counts and scores on the dashboard are drawn from live data in your active tenant. Switching tenants from the top-bar tenant switcher reloads the dashboard for that company, so the figures always describe the tenant named in the hero banner.
