Run management analytics and export reporting data
This article shows you how to run Strafmandate (penalty-notice) management analytics for a filtered set of notices, and how to export that data to Excel or PDF for offline reporting. Both features require the strafmandate:view permission, typically held by FleetManager and SystemAdmin.
Run management analytics
Management analytics summarizes fines and mandate counts across a filtered slice of your notices and breaks the cost down by department. Open the reporting area and set any of the following filters:
| Filter | Effect |
|---|---|
| Date from / date to | Limits to notices whose occurrence date (or creation date if none) falls in range. |
| Driver | Notices with an active assignment to that driver. |
| Vehicle | Notices whose core detail references that vehicle. |
| Country | Notices issued in that country (ISO country code). |
| Cost center | Notices whose allocation matches that cost center or cost object. |
The result reports a summary — total fine amount and mandate count — plus a cost-by-department breakdown, ordered by total fine amount, highest first. Notices with no department allocation are grouped as Unassigned. A "has data" flag tells you whether the current filter matched any notices.
Tip: A large "Unassigned" bucket points to notices that were never allocated to a department. Fix these on each notice's cost-allocation screen so the cost lands in the right place in future reports.
Export reporting data
Exports turn a filtered set of notices into a downloadable file. Choose a format — excel or pdf — and supply a filter. A valid date range (date-from and date-to) is required; the same optional driver, vehicle, country, and cost-center filters as analytics apply.
- Set the date range and any optional filters.
- Choose Excel or PDF and start the export.
- The export runs as a job that moves from queued to completed (or failed), then returns a download link.
Each exported row contains the mandate ID, internal mandate ID, status, occurrence date, amount, country code, and department, ordered by occurrence date and then internal mandate ID.
| Format | What you get |
|---|---|
| Excel | A delimited spreadsheet file (.xlsx) with a header row and one line per notice. |
| A document (.pdf) with a generated-at header and one line per notice, amounts shown in EUR. |
Note: If you omit a valid date range the export is rejected with a "date range required" error. An unsupported format is rejected as an invalid-format error, and the job is marked failed.
Review and download past exports
The export history lists your tenant's recent export jobs (most recent first) with their format, status, outcome, request time, completion time, duration, and download link. Use the history to re-download a previously generated file rather than regenerating it, and to confirm whether a job succeeded or failed.
Warning: Exports contain notice-level financial and location data. Treat the downloaded files as sensitive and share them only with people who already have reporting access.
