Enterprise Report "Schadensübersicht" (Damage Overview)
Overview
The Schadensübersicht (Damage Overview) (/applications/statistics/enterprise/damageinventory) evaluates all damage cases recorded in FMWeb for a selectable period – including costs, the question of fault, and processing status. This lets you spot cost drivers, open cases, and accident clusters at a glance.
Filters
- Von / Bis (From / To) (damage date) – default: January 1 of the current year through today
- Aktualisieren (Refresh) reloads the data, Zurücksetzen (Reset) restores the default period
Key figures (summary cards)
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Gesamt Schäden | all damage cases in the period |
| Offene Schäden | damage cases without the "Erledigt" (completed) flag |
| Unfälle | damage cases flagged as an accident |
| Gesamtkosten | total of the damage costs in the period |
Table columns
License plate, make, model, Schadensdatum (damage date – default sort: newest first), reported on, description, odometer reading, driver, location, Kosten (costs), Eigenanteil (deductible), cost settlement (date), priority, plus the checkbox columns Fremdverschulden (third-party fault), Eigenverschulden (own fault), Unfall (accident), Behoben (repaired), and Erledigt (completed), as well as the reporter. The actions column opens the respective damage case directly for editing.
Amounts are shown in the currency and format of your client's country.
Export
Export as CSV, Excel, or PDF from the toolbar; the column selection and any filters you have set apply to the export – so, for example, you can create a quarterly list of all uncompleted accident damage for the insurer in two clicks.
Data prerequisites
- The report evaluates the damage cases recorded in Schadensverwaltung (Damage Management) with their cost and status fields.
- The "Offene Schäden" (open damage) figure depends solely on the Erledigt (completed) checkbox – keep the status up to date consistently, otherwise the number appears to grow without limit.
- With location restriction active, users only see damage for the vehicles at their permitted locations.
Frequently asked questions
Why do "Behoben" (repaired) and "Erledigt" (completed) differ? "Behoben" (repaired) documents the technical repair; "Erledigt" (completed) the commercial closure of the case (e.g. after the insurer settles the costs). Only "Erledigt" removes the damage from the "Offene Schäden" (open damage) figure.
An older damage case does not show up. The filter uses the Schadensdatum (damage date). Widen the From/To period if you want to include older cases.
