Enterprise Report "Wirtschaftlichkeitsbericht" (Cost-Efficiency Report)
Overview
The Wirtschaftlichkeitsbericht (Cost-Efficiency Report) (/applications/statistics/enterprise/economicreport) scales each vehicle's costs down to monthly and daily values and reports cost per kilometer separately for fuel and total costs. This lets you compare vehicles regardless of how long the period under review is.
Filters
- Von / Bis (From / To) – default: January 1 of the current year through today
- Tageberechnung (Day calculation): 5-Tage-Woche (5-day week, default), 6-Tage-Woche (6-day week), or 7-Tage-Woche (7-day week) – determines how many working days in the period are used for the daily fuel costs
Key figures (summary cards)
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Gesamt Fahrzeuge | number of vehicles in the report |
| Gesamt Treibstoffkosten | total of the fuel costs in the period |
| Gesamtkosten | total of all costs in the period |
| Ø Kosten/Monat | average monthly cost per vehicle |
Table columns
License plate (default sort), make, model, mileage in km, fuel costs, Monatl. Treibstoffkosten (monthly fuel costs), Tägl. Treibstoffkosten (daily fuel costs), insurance, taxes, other costs, consumption l/100km, Kosten/km (Treibstoff) (cost/km, fuel), total liters, Kosten/km (Gesamt) (cost/km, total), Kosten/Monat (cost/month), and total costs.
The monthly and daily values are derived from the months and working days of the selected period, respectively – if you change the day calculation, only the daily fuel costs change, not the totals.
Export
Export as CSV, Excel, or PDF from the table toolbar; the column selection and filters apply to the export.
Data prerequisites
- Fuel costs and liter quantities come from the fuel/charging receipts (fuel card import, Article 08); insurance, taxes, and other costs come from the vehicle's remaining receipts.
- Kilometer values require odometer readings in the period – vehicles without movement data show no cost/km.
- With location restriction active, users only see vehicles at their permitted locations.
Frequently asked questions
Which day calculation is the right one? Choose your fleet's working-time model: a 5-day week for classic company cars, 6 or 7 days for delivery and shift operations. The setting affects only the "Tägl. Treibstoffkosten" (daily fuel costs) figure.
Why do "Kosten/km (Treibstoff)" (cost/km, fuel) and "Kosten/km (Gesamt)" (cost/km, total) differ so much? The total value includes all cost blocks (insurance, taxes, other). A large gap between the two values shows that the vehicle's fixed costs dominate its operation – typical at low mileage.
