Enterprise Reports "KFZ-Steuer" (Vehicle Tax) and "Leasing Vorschau" (Leasing Forecast)
Overview
Two preview reports help with financial planning: the KFZ-Steuer-Vorschau (Vehicle Tax Forecast) shows for which vehicles tax payments become due in a selectable period; the Leasing Vorschau (Leasing Forecast) lists expiring leasing contracts with monthly rates and remaining amounts – the basis for budgeting and replacement procurement.
KFZ-Steuer (Vehicle Tax) (…/enterprise/kfzsteuer)
Filter: Von / Bis (From / To) for the tax due date – default: today through 90 days out.
Key figures: Gesamt Fahrzeuge (total vehicles), Gesamt Steuerbetrag (total tax amount), Fällig innerhalb 30 Tagen (due within 30 days), and Ø Tage bis Fälligkeit (average days to due date).
Columns: License plate, make, model, location, first registration, Steuerfälligkeit (tax due date – default sort: earliest first), Tage (days until due), and Betrag (amount). The actions column opens the vehicle record. If there are no due dates in the period, the report shows the note "Im gewählten Zeitraum sind keine Fahrzeuge mit KFZ-Steuer-Fälligkeit." (There are no vehicles with a vehicle-tax due date in the selected period.)
Data prerequisite: The next tax date and the tax amount must be maintained on the vehicle – the report reads these fields from the vehicle record.
Leasing Vorschau (Leasing Forecast) (…/enterprise/leasingforecast)
Filter: Von / Bis (From / To) for the contract end – default: today through 18 months out – as well as the "Nur aktive Fahrzeuge" (Only active vehicles) switch (default: on).
Key figures: Verträge im Zeitraum (contracts in the period), Monatliche Rate gesamt (total monthly rate), Restbetrag (remaining amount – sum of remaining months × monthly rate), and Nächste Fälligkeit (next due date – earliest contract end).
Columns: License plate, make, model, location, Leasinggeber (leasing provider), contract number, contract start, Vertragsende (contract end – default sort: earliest first), Kündigungsdatum (cancellation date), monthly rate, Restmonate (remaining months), Restbetrag (remaining amount), and active vehicles (checkbox). The actions column jumps to the vehicle record with the contract data.
Tip: whether excess or shortfall in mileage looms on return is shown by the Leasing-Rückgabe-Cockpit (Leasing Return Cockpit) (Article 13); set up automatic e-mail warnings about mileage and contract end via the leasing notifications (Article 06).
Export
Both reports export the filtered table as CSV, Excel, or PDF from the toolbar; use the column selector to reduce the export to the relevant columns.
Data prerequisites
- The Leasing Vorschau (Leasing Forecast) requires maintained contract data on the vehicle: leasing provider, contract start/end, monthly rate; without an end date, the contract does not appear in the period window.
- Cancellation dates appear only if they were stored in the contract.
- With location restriction active, users only see vehicles at their permitted locations.
Frequently asked questions
An expiring contract is missing from the Leasing Vorschau (Leasing Forecast). Check three things: Does the contract end fall within the From/To window? Is the vehicle active (or deactivate the "Nur aktive Fahrzeuge" / Only active vehicles switch)? Is a contract end maintained at all?
The tax amount does not match the assessment notice. The report shows the amount stored in the vehicle record – after a new tax assessment, that field has to be updated there.
