Damage Overview: Filtering, Open/Done Status and Export
Overview
The Schadenübersicht (Damage overview) shows all damage claims of your client (Mandant) in a filterable table – including costs, done status and linked receipt. From here you jump directly into editing individual damage claims (article 63).
Where do I find the page?
The Schadenübersicht is not linked in the navigation menu. You reach it:
- directly via the URL
/applications/schaeden/overview(tip: save it as a browser bookmark), or - vehicle- or driver-specific via the Fahrzeugakte (Vehicle file) / Fahrerakte (Driver file) → Schäden (Damages) area (there, only the damage list of the respective vehicle or driver appears).
Filtering
Above the table is the filter area:
- Von Datum / Bis Datum (From date / To date): narrows down by the damage date.
- Status: Alle (All), Offen (Open; Done checkbox not set) or Erledigt (Done).
- Anwenden (Apply) activates the filters, Zurücksetzen (Reset) restores "Alle" with no date restriction.
In addition, the table offers a Suche (Search) (toolbar), column filters via the filter menu per column, and a Spaltenauswahl (Column selection) to show/hide columns. The page size (default: 20 rows) can be changed.
The same status filter (All/Open/Done) is also available in the embedded damage list of the vehicle and driver file; there the table additionally shows the totals "Summe aller Schäden" (Total of all damages) and "Eigenanteile" (Own contributions) in the footer.
Columns of the overview
Licence plate, driver, date, damage number, short text, residual damage, mileage, costs, Erledigt? (Done? checkbox), Beleg (Receipt) and actions (pencil icon = Edit).
If a receipt is assigned to a damage claim, a clickable chip with the receipt number appears in the Beleg column – a click opens the receipt directly for editing.
CSV and PDF export
In the table toolbar you find CSV export and PDF export. The export always contains all rows that match the current filters – not just the currently displayed page. This lets you create, for example with the status filter "Offen", a complete list of all outstanding damage claims for reporting.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see the "Neu" (New) button? It requires schaeden.edit. With view-only permission the overview is readable, but without new entries.
Why is the list empty? Either no damage claims have been recorded yet, or the date/status filters exclude all entries – check this with Zurücksetzen (Reset).
