Trip Log Report: All Trips with Distance and Duration
Overview
The Fahrtenbuch (Trip Log) report lists all calendar entries of a period that are recorded as a trip – with vehicle, driver, start/end odometer reading, distance and duration. It serves as a quick fleet-wide record of trips and as a check on whether feedback (e.g. from the WebRes driver portal) is being fully maintained.

Which entries count as a trip?
Calendar entries with a vehicle reference are considered if they are either linked to the trip log, have a trip type, or have KM Start and KM Ende (start km and end km) recorded. Plain appointments without these characteristics do not appear.
Data prerequisites
- Trips must be recorded as calendar entries with a vehicle – manually in the calendar or via reservation and feedback in the WebRes driver portal (article 19).
- Without recorded odometer readings the "Strecke" (Distance) column stays empty and the trip does not contribute to the total distance; without an end time the duration is 0.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a tax-office-compliant electronic logbook? No. The report shows the trips recorded in the system; it does not replace a certified, tamper-proof logbook.
Many trips are missing their distance. The drivers did not enter odometer readings when giving feedback. Review the feedback practice in the driver portal (article 19).
