Overview
The Auswertungen Übersicht (Reports Overview) is the central starting point for all standard reports in FMWeb. On the left you find a navigation with three groups; on the right the selected report is displayed – without leaving the page. Each report can additionally be opened directly via its own address and saved as a bookmark.

Tip – deep links: The overview remembers the selected area in the address bar (?section=…). Valid values: mileage, location, comparison, addressstatistics, triplog, vehicleutilization, workshopappointments, consumptionperkm, leasingcosts, tankcostsettings. This way you can link directly to leasing costs, for example, with /applications/statistics/overview?section=leasingcosts.
Where does the data come from?
The standard reports compute live from your client's transaction data – there is no separate "calculation run":
- Receipts (fuel/charging receipts, workshop and other receipts): the basis for Laufleistung (Mileage), Standort (Location), Vergleich (Comparison), Adressen Auswertung (Address report) and Verbrauch pro KM (Consumption per km). Receipts are created via the fuel card import (article 08), as electric receipts (article 11) or manually.
- Calendar entries (reservations, trips, appointments, among others from the WebRes driver portal, article 19): the basis for Fahrtenbuch (Trip log), Fahrzeugauslastung (Vehicle utilization) and Fahrzeug Termine (Vehicle appointments).
- Leasing contracts: the basis for Leasing Kosten (Leasing costs).
Location restriction: If the client is configured so that users may only see data for their assigned locations, this restriction applies automatically in all reports.
Export basics
All tabular reports use the same toolbar above the table:
- CSV, Excel and PDF export – the current table view is exported.
- Column selection – show or hide columns before exporting.
- Sorting and filtering – each column offers Excel-like filters; the table's page size is adjustable.
Frequently asked questions
The "Auswertungen" (Reports) menu item is missing for a user. The user, or their role, lacks the statistics.view permission – see article 18.
What is the "Enterprise Übersicht" (Enterprise Overview) below it? A separate report package with its own permission (statistics.enterprise) and an Enterprise license. This article covers only the standard reports.
A report shows "Keine Daten" (No data). Check the period or year in the filter and whether the client actually has matching transaction data (receipts or calendar entries). Details for each report can be found in the linked articles.
