Leasing Costs and Fuel Cost Settings

Module: Auswertungen (Reports) → Auswertungen Übersicht (Reports Overview) → "Leasing Kosten" (Leasing costs) and "Tankkosten Einstellungen" (Fuel cost settings) areas (group "Kosten und Verbrauch"/Costs and consumption)

Audience: Fleet administrators, controlling

Required permission: statistics.view

Part 1: Leasing Kosten (Leasing costs)

The Leasing Kosten (Leasing Costs) report lists leasing contracts whose contract end falls within the selected period – by default the coming 12 months. You see at a glance which instalments are due monthly and which contracts are about to expire.

Key figures (summary)

Key figureMeaning
Anzahl Verträge (Number of contracts)Contracts in the selected period
Monatssumme (Monthly total)Sum of the monthly instalments of all displayed contracts
Jahressumme (Annual total)Monthly total × 12

Table columns

  • Kennzeichen (License plate), Model, Leasinggeber (Leasing provider), Vertragsnummer (Contract number)
  • Vertragsbeginn / Vertragsende (Contract start / Contract end)
  • Monatsrate (Monthly instalment), Listenpreis (List price), Restwert (Residual value)
  • Aktive Fahrzeuge (Active vehicles) – a tick when the vehicle is neither inactive nor sold nor decommissioned

The most expensive contracts (highest monthly instalment) appear at the top.

Filters

FilterDefaultMeaning
Von / Bis (From / To)today to today + 1 yearPeriod in which the contract end must fall
Nur aktive Fahrzeuge (Active vehicles only)onHide contracts of inactive/sold/decommissioned vehicles

Important: Filtering is by contract end. To see current contracts with a distant end, set "Bis" (To) correspondingly further into the future. Contracts without a recorded contract end do not appear.

Data prerequisites and export

The basis is the leasing contracts in the vehicle file with a maintained contract end, monthly instalment and leasing provider (address). Export as usual via the toolbar as CSV, Excel or PDF. For extra/under-mileage forecasts, use the Leasing Return Cockpit as a complement (article 13); for automatic warnings, use the leasing notifications (article 06).

Part 2: Tankkosten Einstellungen (Fuel cost settings)

Under Tankkosten Einstellungen (Fuel cost settings) you maintain the default parameters for consumption and outlier reports:

SettingDefaultMeaning
Ausreisser Schwelle (L/100km) (Outlier threshold, L/100km)12Default limit for the outlier flag
Mindeststrecke (KM) (Minimum distance, km)100Minimum kilometre span for reliable consumption values
Standardansicht nur Ausreisser (Default view: outliers only)offWhether only outliers should be shown by default
Inaktive Fahrzeuge einbeziehen (Include inactive vehicles)offWhether inactive vehicles should be included in the report

Save with Speichern (Save); Aktualisieren (Refresh) reloads the saved state.

Important: The settings are stored locally in the browser for the current user – they therefore apply only in this browser on this device and not to colleagues. In the "Verbrauch pro KM" (Consumption per km) report (article 81) you can additionally adjust the thresholds directly in the filter at any time; since version 10.4 there is also a dedicated kWh threshold there for electric vehicles (default 30 kWh/100 km).

Frequently asked questions

The annual total seems too high/too low. It is a simple extrapolation (monthly total × 12) over the currently displayed contracts – a contract start/end within the year is not prorated.

My fuel cost settings are gone on another PC. That is expected behaviour: the values are stored locally in the browser. Set them once again on the new device.
