Workshop Appointments Report: Vehicle Appointments at a Glance
Overview
The Fahrzeug Termine (Vehicle Appointments) report shows upcoming and past vehicle-related appointments from the calendar – by default filtered to workshop appointments. This helps you keep track of which vehicles need to go to the workshop and when, how long they are scheduled there, and which drivers are affected.

Key figures (summary)

Table columns
- Start / Ende (Start / End) – appointment start and end (date and time)
- Kennzeichen (License plate) and Fahrer (Driver) (the vehicle's primary driver)
- Betreff (Subject) – description of the appointment
- Werkstatt (Workshop) – the place recorded on the appointment
- Dauer (Duration) – hours between start and end
The appointments are sorted chronologically in ascending order – the next appointment appears at the top.
Filters

For a retrospective view, set "Von" (From) into the past; with the "Nur Werkstatttermine" (Workshop appointments only) toggle switched off you see all vehicle appointments (e.g. tyre changes, handovers, HU appointments), provided they are in the calendar.
Data prerequisites
- Appointments must be recorded as calendar entries with a vehicle.
- For the workshop filter to take effect, the word "Werkstatt" (workshop) should appear in the subject or the place of the appointment – establish a consistent naming convention for this.
Export
Via the table toolbar: CSV, Excel or PDF – for example as a weekly plan for the workshop or the fleet notice board.
Frequently asked questions
A workshop appointment is missing from the list. Check whether "Werkstatt" (workshop) appears in the subject or place of the appointment – otherwise the default filter hides it. Try turning "Nur Werkstatttermine" (Workshop appointments only) off.
Are HU or UVV due dates shown here? Only if a calendar entry was created for them. For automatic reminders about HU/UVV, use the email reminders (article 04).
