Enterprise Report "Fahrzeugbestände" (Vehicle Inventory)
Overview
The Fahrzeugbestände (Vehicle Inventory) report (/applications/statistics/enterprise/vehicleinventory) provides a complete inventory list of your fleet – ideal for cut-off-date reports, insurance lists or as an Excel basis for your own analyses. It is the default report that is shown first when the Enterprise Overview (article 83) is opened.
Key figures (summary cards)
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Gesamt Fahrzeuge (Total vehicles) | all vehicles in the list |
| Aktive Fahrzeuge (Active vehicles) | vehicles without an inactive flag |
| Leasing Fahrzeuge (Leasing vehicles) | vehicles with a leasing flag |
| Inaktive Fahrzeuge (Inactive vehicles) | decommissioned or deactivated vehicles |
Table columns
Kennzeichen (License plate) (default sort ascending), Marke (Make), Modell (Model), Bauart (Body type), Kraftstoff (Fuel), Fahrer (Driver), Standort (Location), Erstzulassung (First registration), KM-Stand (Odometer reading), Leasing (tick), Inaktiv (Inactive) (tick), as well as an Aktionen (Actions) column that jumps directly into the respective vehicle file.
Using the column selection in the toolbar, you hide columns you don't need; every column can be sorted and narrowed down with Excel-like filters.
Filters
The report deliberately has no date filters – it always shows the current inventory. You make restrictions (e.g. only one location, only leasing vehicles) directly via the table's column filters.
Export
Via the toolbar you export the list as CSV, Excel or PDF. The export contains the current table view – so applied column filters also affect the export file.
Data prerequisites
- Vehicles are maintained in the vehicle management (article 20); make, model, body type and location only appear if they are stored on the vehicle.
- The KM-Stand (Odometer reading) is the odometer reading currently stored on the vehicle – maintained via fuel receipts, driver feedback or manual entry.
- If the client's location restriction is active, users only see vehicles of their permitted locations.
Frequently asked questions
A vehicle is missing from the list even though it has been created. With the location restriction active, only vehicles with an assigned location that is released for the user are shown. Check whether a location is stored on the vehicle and whether it is among the user's permitted locations.
Why does a sold vehicle still count towards "Gesamt Fahrzeuge" (Total vehicles)? The cards count all vehicles in the displayed list. Vehicles marked as "inactive" still appear so that inventory lists for past periods remain traceable – filter by the Inaktiv (Inactive) column if needed.
