Enterprise Report "Fahrerbestände" (Driver Inventory)
Overview
The Fahrerbestände (Driver Inventory) report (/applications/statistics/enterprise/driverinventory) lists every driver of the client, with master data, vehicle assignment, and driving-license status. It works well as a contact list, for department-level reporting, and as a quick overview of which driving-license checks are coming up.
Key figures (summary cards)
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Gesamt Fahrer | all drivers in the list |
| Aktive Fahrer | drivers flagged as "Aktiv" (active) |
| Fahrer mit Fahrzeug | drivers currently assigned an (active) vehicle |
| Inaktive Fahrer | deactivated drivers (e.g. those who have left) |
Table columns
Last name (default sort), first name, personnel number, short code, department, e-mail address, phone, location, cost center, Aktuelles Fahrzeug (current vehicle – the license plate of the assigned active vehicle), driving-license class, Zuletzt vorgelegt am (last presented on), Nächste Prüfung (next check), check interval, and the active flag. The actions column opens the respective Fahrerakte (driver record).
The three driving-license columns correspond to the fields of the driving-license check – how to generate automatic reminders from them is described in Article 05.
Filters and operation
As with the vehicle inventory, there are no date filters – the list shows the current status. Use the column filters (Excel-style) to narrow down by department, location, or a missing driving-license check, for example, and the column selector to slim down the view.
Export
Export as CSV, Excel, or PDF from the table toolbar; any filters you have set apply to the export.
Data prerequisites
- You maintain drivers and their master data in the driver management (Article 20).
- "Aktuelles Fahrzeug" (current vehicle) is only filled in when the driver is recorded as Fahrer 1 (Driver 1) on an active vehicle.
- With location restriction active, only drivers with an assigned, approved location appear.
Frequently asked questions
The "Telefon" (phone) column is empty even though a business number is on file. The report shows the number stored as the private phone number in the driver master data. Enter the desired number in that field, or use the Excel export to compile contact lists from several fields.
A driver has a vehicle, but the "Aktuelles Fahrzeug" (current vehicle) column stays empty. Check whether the vehicle is inactive or whether the driver is only entered there as a secondary driver – what counts is the assignment as primary driver on an active vehicle.
