Enterprise Report "Fuhrpark Auswertungen" (Fleet Reports / Fleet Statistics)
Overview
The Fuhrpark Auswertungen (Fleet Reports) (/applications/statistics/enterprise/fleetstatistics) are the most extensive Enterprise tool: 14 tabs illuminate your fleet's inventory, costs, cost-efficiency, tires, and financing. Each tab loads its data only when first clicked – which keeps the initial entry fast.
Filters
- Von / Bis (From / To) – period for the period-based tabs (default: January 1 through today)
- Jahr (Year) – reference year for "Jahresvergleich" (Year comparison) and "Kostenartauswertung" (Cost-type report)
- Aktualisieren (Refresh) reloads the current tab with the new filters

Export
Every table-based tab has its own toolbar with CSV, Excel, and PDF export; most also offer column filters and a column selector.
Data prerequisites
- Cost and consumption values come from the receipts (fuel card import, workshop invoices, etc.); inventory and financing from the vehicle and contract data.
- The Reifenstatus (Tire status) requires maintained tire data on the vehicle – set up reminders for the seasonal change in Article 05.
- With location restriction active, only data from permitted locations is included.
Frequently asked questions
A tab shows old figures even though I changed the filter. Tabs that have already been loaded are cached for performance reasons. After changing a filter, click Aktualisieren (Refresh) – this forces a reload.
What does the red row in the Reifenstatus (tire status) mean? The current tires do not match the season (e.g. summer tires in the winter half of the year). Check the vehicle's change date and storage.
