Leasing Contracts: The Fleet-Wide Overview
Overview
The Leasing page (/applications/vertraege/leasing) lists all leasing and other contracts of your fleet across all vehicles in one table: contract type, term and monthly amount at a glance. It is the central answer to questions such as "Which contracts run with which lessor?" or "What do we pay monthly per vehicle?".
Where do I find the page?
The contract overview is not linked in the navigation menu. Open it directly via the URL /applications/vertraege/leasing (tip: create a bookmark). The contracts themselves are maintained on the vehicle – the overview links there per row.
Columns and operation

| Monatsbetrag (Monthly amount) | monthly amount in your client currency |

- Toolbar: search, CSV export, PDF export; plus column selection to show/hide columns.
- Filter and sorting: each column offers Excel-style filters (checkbox lists); clicking the column header sorts.
- Page size: default 20 rows, adjustable.
Editing a contract
In the row, click the pencil icon ("Verträge bearbeiten" / Edit contracts). FMWeb opens the Fahrzeugakte (Vehicle file) in the Verträge (Contracts) area, where you create, change or delete the contract (article 72). The overview itself is deliberately read-only – so contract maintenance stays in one place.
Frequently asked questions
Why is a vehicle missing from the list? It has no contract yet – contracts are created in the vehicle file in the Verträge (Contracts) area.
How do I identify expiring contracts? Use the Verträge auslaufend (Expiring contracts) page with an adjustable day horizon (article 70) or the leasing email notifications (article 06).
Where do I see the excess/reduced-mileage risk? In the leasing return cockpit (article 13).
