Insurance Contracts: The Fleet-Wide Overview

Published:

Module: Verträge (Contracts) → Versicherung

Audience: Fleet managers, controlling

Required permission: vertraege.view

Overview

The Versicherung (Insurance) page (/applications/vertraege/versicherung) shows all insurance policies of your fleet across all vehicles: insurer, contract number, switch/expiry date and premium in one table. This lets you quickly answer questions such as "Which vehicles are insured with which insurer?" or "Which policies are due for a switch?".

Where do I find the page?

The overview is not linked in the navigation menu. Open it directly via the URL /applications/vertraege/versicherung (tip: create a bookmark). The insurance data itself is maintained on the vehicle (Fahrzeugakte → Versicherung area) – the overview links there per row.

Editing a policy

The pencil icon ("Versicherung bearbeiten" / Edit insurance) in the row opens the Fahrzeugakte (Vehicle file) directly in the Versicherung area – there you maintain the insurer, insurance type, no-claims classes and premiums. The overview itself is read-only.

Frequently asked questions

Why is a vehicle missing? No insurance data has been stored yet for the vehicle in the vehicle file.

How do I keep track of expiring policies? Two ways: the Verträge auslaufend (Expiring contracts) page with a day horizon (article 70) and the Versicherungsvorlauf (Insurance lead time) with an email reminder and body-type filter (article 71).

Can I export the list for the broker? Yes – via the CSV or PDF export in the toolbar.
