Mileage Report: Monthly Kilometres per Vehicle
Overview
The Laufleistung (Mileage) report shows, for each vehicle, the kilometres driven over a year, broken down by month. This lets you spot high-mileage drivers, seasonal patterns and barely-used vehicles at a glance.

Key figures (summary)

Table columns
- Kennzeichen (License plate) and Model of the vehicle
- Januar to Dezember (January to December): kilometres driven in the respective month
- Summe (Total): the vehicle's annual mileage
By default the table is sorted by license plate; all columns can be sorted and filtered.

How is it calculated?
The monthly values are derived from the odometer readings on the receipts: for each month, the highest odometer reading of the month is compared with the highest reading recorded before it (including from previous months and years). The difference is the mileage for the month. What counts is therefore not the receipts themselves, but the odometer readings recorded on them.
Data prerequisites
- The vehicle needs receipts with an odometer reading in the selected year (e.g. from the fuel card import, article 08, or electric receipts, article 11).
- Vehicles without receipts in the selected year do not appear in the list.
Export
Via the table toolbar: CSV, Excel or PDF; using the column selection you can, for example, export only license plate and total.
Frequently asked questions
A month shows 0 km even though the vehicle was driven. Most likely no receipt with an odometer reading was recorded in that month. The kilometres then appear cumulatively in the month when the next odometer reading is reported.
A value looks unrealistically high. Check the odometer readings on the vehicle's receipts for typos (e.g. a transposed digit at the pump). The validation rules of the fuel card import (article 10) help to catch such cases in future.
I don't see all the client's vehicles. Turn off "Nur aktive Fahrzeuge" (Active vehicles only), or check whether your user is restricted to certain locations.
