Location Report: Costs per Location at a Glance
Overview
The Standort (Location) report sums up a year's receipt costs per vehicle and groups the result by location. This lets you quickly compare which branch incurs the highest fleet costs and which vehicles contribute the largest share.

Key figures (summary)

Table columns
- Standort (Location) – the table is grouped by this column; vehicles without a location assignment appear under "ohne Zuordnung" (unassigned)
- Kennzeichen (License plate) of the vehicle
- Summe (Total) – the vehicle's receipt total for the selected year, formatted as currency
- KM-Stand (Odometer reading) – the vehicle's current odometer reading with the date of the last km report
- Fahrer (Driver) – the primary driver assigned to the vehicle

Gross or net?
The "Summe" (Total) column follows the client's amount-type setting: depending on the configuration, gross or net amounts are summed – the same logic as for the key figures of the KFZ-Info calculation (article 14).
Data prerequisites
- Receipts in the selected year – vehicles without receipts do not appear.
- The location assignment on the vehicle must be maintained, otherwise the costs end up under "ohne Zuordnung" (unassigned) (see article 20).
Export
Via the table toolbar: CSV, Excel or PDF. The grouping by location as well as your own filter and sort settings can be adjusted directly in the view.
Frequently asked questions
Many vehicles appear under "ohne Zuordnung" (unassigned). These vehicles have no location in their master data. Add the location in the vehicle file – the report reflects the change immediately.
I only see some of the locations. If your user is restricted to certain locations, the report shows only the locations released for you (article 18).
