Address Report: Receipts and Amounts per Supplier
Overview
The Adressen Auswertung (Address Report) condenses all receipts of a period by the assigned address (fuel station, workshop, supplier, leasing provider, etc.). For each address you see the number of receipts, the total amount and the date of the most recent receipt – ideal for evaluating supplier relationships or spotting unused addresses.

Key figures (summary)

Table columns
- Adresse (Address) – name of the address; Ort (Town/city)
- Anzahl Belege (Number of receipts) – receipts for this address in the period
- Betrag (Amount) – receipt total (net amount where available, otherwise gross amount)
- Letzter Beleg (Last receipt) – date of the most recent receipt
- Inaktiv (Inactive) – flag indicating whether the address is set to inactive in the master data
By default the table is sorted in descending order by amount – the highest-turnover addresses appear at the top.
Filters

Apply changes with Aktualisieren (Refresh); Zurücksetzen (Reset) restores the default values.
Data prerequisites
Only receipts that have an address assigned are counted. Receipts without an address assignment do not appear in this report – the total amount can therefore be lower than in vehicle-based reports such as the Vehicle Comparison. During the fuel card import (article 08) the address is usually assigned automatically.
Export
Via the table toolbar: CSV, Excel or PDF; using the column selection you can reduce the export to the columns you want.
Frequently asked questions
A known fuel station is missing from the list. Either there are no receipts with this address in the period, or the address is inactive and the "Nur aktive Adressen" (Active addresses only) toggle is on. Try turning the filter off.
Why does the total amount differ from other reports? This report only considers receipts with an address assignment; in addition, your user's location restriction may apply (article 18).
