Enterprise Reports "Verbrauchslisten" (Consumption Lists) and "Tankausreißer" (Fuel Outliers)
Overview
Two reports check your fleet's consumption data: the Verbrauchslisten (Consumption Lists) show every refueling or charge for an individual vehicle, with calculated consumption and a trend chart; the Tankausreißer (Fuel Outliers) list all conspicuous receipts across the fleet. Since version 10.4, electric vehicles are fully supported – with their own kWh figures and separate chart lines.
Verbrauchslisten (Consumption Lists) (…/enterprise/fuelconsumption)
Operation: On the left you select the vehicle (a list with license plate, make, model); the details appear on the right. Filters: Von / Bis (From / To) (default: January 1 through today) and the "Nur Ausreißer" (Only outliers) checkbox.
Key figures per vehicle: Anzahl Tankungen (number of refuelings), Gesamt Liter (total liters), Ø Verbrauch (average consumption, l/100km, excluding outliers), and outlier count. If the vehicle has charging receipts (BEV/PHEV), two additional cards appear: Gesamt kWh (total kWh, with number of charges) and Ø Verbrauch elektrisch (average electric consumption, kWh/100km).
Columns of the receipt list: Receipt date, time, location, cost type, fuel type, Liter (liters; "—" for charges), kWh ("—" for refuelings), odometer reading, distance (km), Verbrauch (consumption) – each row with its own unit ("… l/100km" or "… kWh/100km") – and the outlier checkbox. Outlier rows are highlighted in color.
Verbrauchsverlauf (consumption trend): The line chart below the table shows consumption over time – for hybrids and electric vehicles as two separate lines: "Verbrauch (l/100km)" (consumption, l/100km) and "Verbrauch (kWh/100km)" (consumption, kWh/100km). Fuel and electricity consumption are deliberately never combined into a single blended value.
Tankausreißer (Fuel Outliers) (…/enterprise/fuelconsumptionoutliers)
The fleet-wide report gathers all outlier receipts for the period (filter Von / Bis (From / To), default: January 1 through today):
- Key figures: Gesamt Ausreißer (total outliers) and Betroffene Fahrzeuge (affected vehicles)
- Columns: License plate, make, model, body type, receipt date (newest first), fuel type, liters, odometer reading, distance (km), consumption l/100km
Typical causes of outliers: missing or incorrectly recorded odometer readings, forgotten interim fill-ups, or fueling other vehicles with the card. The detection thresholds (charging processes have their own kWh limits) are described in Article 11.
Export
You export the receipt and outlier list as CSV, Excel, or PDF; the "Nur Ausreißer" (Only outliers) checkbox also applies to the export of the consumption list.
Data prerequisites
- The basis is the fuel and electric receipts – imported via the fuel card import (Article 08) or from driver reports.
- The consumption per receipt is calculated from the distance between two odometer readings – gaps in the odometer readings lead to missing or distorted values.
- With location restriction active, only vehicles at permitted locations appear.
Frequently asked questions
The kWh cards are missing for an electric vehicle. The cards only appear if charging receipts with a kWh quantity exist in the selected period. Check whether the charging processes were booked as electric receipts (Article 11).
How do I get rid of a false outlier? Correct the underlying receipt (usually the odometer reading). After the correction, the entry disappears from both reports at the next refresh.
