Enterprise Reports "CO2 Emissionen" (CO2 Emissions) and "CO2 Jahresbilanz" (CO2 Annual Balance)
Overview
Two reports make your fleet's CO2 footprint visible: CO2 Emissionen (CO2 Emissions) extrapolates each vehicle's real annual emissions from the actual fuel quantities and contrasts them with the manufacturer value; the CO2 Jahresbilanz (CO2 Annual Balance) condenses several years into a fleet balance – separated by combustion and electric vehicles, including CO2 tax.
CO2 Emissionen (CO2 Emissions) (…/enterprise/co2emissions)
Filter: Evaluation year (default: the current year).
Key figures: Gesamt CO2 (kg) (total CO2 in kg), Gesamt Fahrzeuge (total vehicles), Durchschnitt CO2 g/km (average CO2 g/km), and Gesamt Kraftstoff (L) (total fuel in L).
Columns: License plate (default sort), fuel, fuel quantity, fuel net, start and end odometer reading of the year, mileage, CO2 g/km Hersteller (CO2 g/km, manufacturer), CO2 g/km Real (CO2 g/km, real), and CO2 kg/pA (annual emissions). The actions column opens the vehicle record.
The "Hersteller vs. Real" (manufacturer vs. real) comparison quickly shows which vehicles are significantly above their rated value – for example due to a short-distance profile or driving style.
CO2 Jahresbilanz (CO2 Annual Balance) (…/enterprise/co2annualbalance)
Filter: From-year / To-year (default: the last five years).
Key figures: Gesamt CO2 (t) (total CO2 in t), Verbrenner CO2 (t) (combustion CO2 in t), Elektro CO2 (t) (electric CO2 in t), and CO2-Steuer (EUR) (CO2 tax in EUR) over the entire period.
Charts:
- CO2 Verteilung (CO2 distribution) – pie chart of the combustion/electric shares
- CO2 Tonnen pro Jahr (CO2 tons per year) – stacked bar chart per year (combustion + electric)
Table: Year (newest first), Verbrenner CO2 (t) (combustion CO2, t), Elektro CO2 (t) (electric CO2, t), Gesamt CO2 (t) (total CO2, t), and CO2-Steuer (EUR) (CO2 tax, EUR) – the data basis for sustainability reports and management presentations.
Export
You export both tables as CSV, Excel, or PDF from the toolbar; the charts are for on-screen viewing.
Data prerequisites
- The basis is the fuel and charging receipts with quantities (liters or kWh) as well as the odometer readings of the year – without receipts, a vehicle has no real value.
- For the manufacturer comparison, the CO2 value (g/km) must be maintained in the vehicle record.
- Electric shares require correctly booked electric receipts (Article 11); the automatic drive-type classification is described in Article 14.
- With location restriction active, only vehicles at permitted locations are included.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the balance report CO2 for electric vehicles too? The balance converts the charged electricity quantities using an emission factor for the electricity mix – electric vehicles drive locally emission-free but cause indirect emissions depending on the electricity mix.
"CO2 g/km Real" (CO2 g/km, real) is missing for a vehicle. Without mileage in the year (missing odometer readings) or without fuel quantities, no real value can be calculated. Check the vehicle's receipts and odometer readings.
