Vehicle Feedback in Detail: Reporting Mileage, Refuelling/Charging, Damage and Tyre Changes
Overview
Via Fahrer Rückmeldung (Driver Feedback) (/applications/webres/feedback), drivers report events concerning their vehicle directly to the back office. At the top, the page shows your driving-licence information: the date of the next driving-licence check with a traffic-light status (current / due soon from 30 days beforehand / overdue). You then select one of your assigned vehicles - FMWeb displays the licence plate, current mileage (with the last update), chassis number, make and model - and then the desired action.
KM-Stand Rückmeldung (Mileage Report)
Enter the new mileage and, optionally, a remark, then submit - done. The mileage is pre-filled with the last known value. This is important for consumption figures and leasing projections (Article 06).
Tankbeleg (Fuel Receipt, including charging)
- Tankdatum (fuelling date), Kraftstoffart (fuel type) (diesel, petrol, super, electricity, natural gas, AdBlue)
- Quantity: litres - for the fuel type electricity, kWh instead
- Only for electricity: Ladeort (charging location) - Public, Home or Work. For "Home", a note points to the home-charging billing: after approval, a home-charging session is created for reimbursement (Article 12)
- Total amount (€), price per litre or per kWh, mileage, filling station
- Volltankung (full tank) and Ausland (abroad) switches, plus a receipt photo (image file)
Schadenmeldung (Damage Report)
- Schadensdatum (damage date) and time
- Schadensart (type of damage) (scratch, dent, break, glass damage, other) and Schadensort (location of damage) (front, rear, left, right, roof, other)
- Schweregrad (severity) (minor / moderate / severe)
- Unfall (accident) switch - for accidents, additionally the question of fault (own fault / third-party fault / unclear)
- mileage, damage description (mandatory), photos (up to 10 images of max. 10 MB each) and additional notes
Reifenwechsel (Tyre Change)
The page shows the currently stored tyre type and - within the window from 14 days before to 14 days after the stored change date - a recommended tyre type (summer ↔ winter; for all-season tyres there is no recommendation). Reported are: the new tyre type (summer, winter or all-season tyres), the mileage at the change, the change date, whether the tyres were renewed, plus a remark. For the reminders, see Article 05.
Fahrzeugübergabe (Vehicle Handover)
The Fahrzeugübergabe (vehicle handover) action is already visible; the associated function is currently under construction.
What happens after submitting?
Every report lands in the back-office inbox Fahrermeldungen (Driver Reports) (/applications/processing/inbox, permission processing.inbox). There, the fleet manager reviews the report and approves it - only upon approval do the actual records arise from it: mileage updates, fuel/electric receipts, damage entries, tyre-change confirmations or home-charging sessions (Article 12).
Frequently asked questions
A licence notice appears when I submit. Only the mileage report is free. Damage, fuel receipt, tyre change and handover require the "Fahrerrückmeldung" (Driver Feedback) licence - contact your fleet manager.
My report is not visible in the system. Reports only take effect after approval in the "Fahrermeldungen" (Driver Reports) inbox. Ask the back office whether the report is still pending review.
