Enterprise Reports: Overview of the Reporting Module
Overview
The "Enterprise Auswertungen" (Enterprise Reports) page (/applications/statistics/enterprise/overview) bundles all of the fleet manager's business reports in one place: on the left you select the desired report in the navigation menu, on the right it appears immediately – without a page change. The reports are organised into five groups:

License and permission
Enterprise reports are part of the Enterprise license. On smaller license tiers, the page shows a note about the required license instead of the reports – in that case, contact your K-SOFT representative. In addition, every user needs the statistics.enterprise permission in their role (article 18); only then does the "Enterprise Übersicht" (Enterprise Overview) menu item appear in the "Auswertungen" (Reports) group.
Navigation and direct links
The most recently selected report is stored as a parameter in the URL (e.g. …/overview?section=costpervehicle) – so you can link any report directly, for example as a browser bookmark or in the intranet. For the inventory reports, German short forms such as ?section=fahrzeuge, ?section=fahrer, ?section=schaeden, ?section=lieferanten, ?section=vertraege or ?section=leasingvorschau also work. In addition, each report has its own full-screen address, e.g. /applications/statistics/enterprise/vehicleinventory.
Shared operation of all reports
All Enterprise reports follow the same layout:
- Filter bar at the top (usually a from/to date plus report-specific options) with the Aktualisieren (Refresh) and Zurücksetzen (Reset) buttons
- Summary cards with the most important key figures for the current filter selection
- Table with sorting, Excel-style column filters, a column selection (columns that can be shown/hidden) and a selectable page size
- Export as CSV, Excel or PDF via the table toolbar
- Many reports offer an Aktionen (Actions) column with a direct jump into the vehicle, driver or damage file
What data do users see?
If the option that users may only see data for their permitted locations is active in the client settings, this also applies to all Enterprise reports: key figures and tables then contain only the vehicles, drivers and receipts of the released locations.
Frequently asked questions
The "Enterprise Übersicht" (Enterprise Overview) menu item is missing. Check both: the user's role (the statistics.enterprise permission) and the client's license tier. Without an Enterprise license the module stays locked.
Two colleagues see different figures in the same report. Usually the location restriction takes effect – compare the two users' permitted locations. It is also worth a look at the filter bar: the date period is chosen per session.
