The Dashboard: Your Home Page in the Back Office
Overview
After logging in to the back office, you land on the Dashboard (/applications/dashboard) – the "overview of the fleet, notices and statistics". It combines KPI tiles, three topic tabs and warning lists with a direct jump into the respective vehicle, driver or user file. What you see depends on your permissions: without dashboard.statistics the cost tiles are missing, without dashboard.warnings the entire notices tab.
At the top right you select the period (From/To, default: the last 12 months) and reload the performance indicators with "KPIs aktualisieren" (Refresh KPIs).
The KPI tiles in the header

"Flottenleistung" (Fleet Performance) tab
- Überwachung (Monitoring): three traffic-light tiles for leasing vehicles – Im Soll (On target), Minderkilometer (Under mileage), Mehrkilometer (Over mileage) (mileage vs. contract kilometers).
- Verbrauch & Kosten (Consumption & Costs) (with
dashboard.statistics): fuel consumption (L), energy consumption (kWh), total mileage and fuel costs in the period. - Leasingfahrzeuge Übersicht (Leasing Vehicles Overview): table with status traffic light, licence plate, make/model, Vertragsende (Contract end), Aktueller KM-Stand (Current odometer reading), Vertrags-KM (Contract kilometers) and Auslastung % (Utilization %).
- Fahrzeuge nach Bauart (Vehicles by body type): pie chart of the fleet structure.
"Hinweise / Warnungen" (Notices / Warnings) tab
The tab carries a red counter badge with the sum of all open notices. Each card shows its own counter chip; the icon on each row opens the affected file directly:
- HU Status für Fahrzeuge (Vehicle inspection status) – inspection dates with due date and "Differenz zu fällig" (difference to due) in days, sorted by urgency (Article 04).
- Führerscheinprüfung Status (Driving-licence check status) – last presented on, due on, check interval (Article 46).
- Status Leasingverträge (Leasing contract status) – expiring contracts with "Vertrag läuft aus am" (contract expires on) (Article 70).
- Vignetten laufen aus (Vignettes expiring) – country, valid until, days until expiry (Article 41).
- Wartung überfällig (Maintenance overdue) – vehicle, type of maintenance and next due date (Article 39).
- Datenqualität E-Mail (E-mail data quality): one card each for drivers and users with invalid and with duplicate e-mail addresses – important so that reminder info mails can be delivered (Article 07).
"Statistiken" (Statistics) tab (dashboard.statistics)
Compact analysis tiles: Fahrzeugkosten pro Kilometer (Vehicle costs per kilometer), Gesamtkosten aller Standorte (Total costs of all locations) (current year), Betriebsstoffe (Operating fluids), Budgets (budget target / budget actual / projection), Fahrzeuge nach CO2 Emissionen (Vehicles by CO2 emissions), Fahrzeuge nach Kosten im laufenden Jahr (Vehicles by costs in the current year), Verteilung der Bauarten (Distribution of body types) and Kostenverteilung (Cost distribution). For deeper analyses, use the analysis modules (Article 73).
Frequently asked questions
Why do my figures differ from a colleague's? The warning lists only take into account active vehicles/drivers and – if activated for the tenant – your user's location restriction (Article 114). Sold or decommissioned vehicles do not appear (Article 123).
I'm missing a tab or a tile. Check the dashboard.statistics or dashboard.warnings permissions in the role administration (Article 18).
